4. When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.

5. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

  • Domestic Standard: 5–10 business days

  • Domestic Express: 4–7 business days (for urgent orders)

  • International Express (e.g., DHL): 6–12 business days

  • International Standard: 7–14 business days

All orders include a tracking number, sent via email for easy real-time updates.

Shipping fees do not include local import duties or taxes, unless explicitly noted at checkout. 

7. Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us quickly and we’ll try our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your PUSCASWIM account to track it anytime.

* Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to assist you

* Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it’s optional! But having one allows you to view past orders, save shipping details, and track your current orders with ease

* What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us right away via Instagram or email with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll resolve it promptly

* How do I apply a promo code?

Enter your code in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout. Note: only one promo code is allowed per order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

8. What Is Your Return Policy?

You have 30 days post-delivery to return swimwear in unused, original condition with tags for a full refund or store credit. Final sale items and customized pieces are not eligible. 

9. EU Customers

If you're in the EU, you benefit from a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. No justification needed; the item must be in original condition. 

10. How Do I Start a Return?

Initiate your return via our Returns Portal. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

11. When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we process your return, expect a refund within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.

12. What Is the PUSCA Wave Club?

Our loyalty program—earn points when you shop, celebrate birthdays, refer friends, or engage on social media. Redeem points for discounts on future orders.

13. How to Join & Use Points

  • Sign up during checkout or via our Club page using your email.

  • View your rewards via widget on-site or menu link.

  • Points may take up to 48 hours to appear and expire after 12 months. 

CARE & MAINTENANCE

14. How Do I Care for My Swimwear?

Rinse your swimwear with cold fresh water immediately after use to maintain color and fabric. Our white swim pieces are double-lined to prevent transparency. Bright colors may slightly bleed on first chlorinated exposure—rinsing helps maintain vibrancy. 

15. Worn or Washed Items Are Not Returnable

We cannot process returns for worn or washed items, in line with hygiene standards and brand policy.

Will my swimwear fade or wear out?

With proper care, colors remain vibrant and materials maintain their integrity. Some fading may occur naturally over time—care tips help minimize it.

Where are PUSCASWIM products manufactured?

Made via thoughtfully internationally and locally
